Do we need a Jeep?  

      A high clearance vehicle is necessary.  While we rarely use the 4 wheel drive function, it is good to have it.

Can you walk to the beach?

​

The home is located on the Johnny Horn hiking trail and yes, you can HIKE to the beach.  Few homes on STJ are actually that close to the water, so plan to make a short drive to the beaches wherever you are staying.

Do you have Air Conditioning?

​

No.  The home is open and breezy all year round and is well equipped with ceiling fans and a stand fan if you need one.

Can I bring my pets?

 

Sorry, but no.  

 

Can I bring my children?

​

The home is really set up for a couple, having just one bedroom.    Young children are not permitted due to safety issues.  Older children, 10 and older may be considered at an additional cost of $50/day.  

 

Do you require a security/damage deposit?

​

Yes.  We require a $300 dollar deposit that will be returned to you after our property manager verifies that everything is in order after your stay.
